HD Series

Filter made out of imported non woven media of 150g supported by 1 layer of coarse woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty aluminium expanded mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.

The filter radial wedge pleat ensures that the greatest media area is exposed to the air flow to promote uniform dust loading. An incremental structure of frame retardant synthetic fiber filter media, confirming to European DIN53438 is glued with fine Aluminum mesh to give maximum grid throughout. Finally housed in a water proofing cardboard frame.

SF Series

Filter made out of imported non woven compressed felt of 250 grams supported by 1 layer of fine woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty aluminium mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.

ZFb Series- Welded

The ZFb series are rigid welded pocket filters consists of a series of synthetic media pocket built up in non woven layers to ensure mechanical filter cake build up & eliminate fiber shedding. The filter media is thermally bonded synthetic micro fibers that are extremely durable and totally resistant to damage caused by turbulent air or mishandling. Made from 100% branded polyester. Pockets are aerodynamically designed for full media utilization.

Carbon Filter Media (Powder Activated)

Our ACF-420-NW-P filter media consist of a non-woven material base to which powdered activated carbon or another adsorber media are firmly fixed using a special spray coat method. ACF-420-NW-P are piece goods available in a wide variety of widths. ACF-420-NW-P filter media may vary as regards the type of non-woven material and activated carbon or adsorber performance. The active surface remains almost completely preserved thanks to the only punctual fixing of the activated carbon or adsorber, and the gases to be eliminated can be adsorbed or chemically bonded freely and adequately inside the activated carbon or the adsorber. If required, the activated carbon or the adsorber layer can also be combined or covered with a non-woven material, which then provides a mechanical protection or a particle separation function. The surface medium can be folded in additional production steps and customized into filter units.

The AFi Cartridge filter range covers filters for Pulsing and Static applications. Media options for cartridges are Water Repellent Micro glass Fiber, Resin Impregnated Cellulose, Cellulose and synthetic blend, or wet laid synthetic i.e. 100% moisture resistant. A rigid expanded metal is used as inner core and outer core that protects each element from extreme differential conditions and handling damage respectively. The inner and outer cores are bonded with the pleated media with spiral hot-melt adhesive for better result.

Universal Holding Frame

AFi's UHF-100 Universal Filter Holding Frames are designed for simple and cost-effective construction / remodeling of filter banks. Its unique modular design is ideal for speedy and trouble free installation at site. The frames come in a variety of standard sizes and can also be delivered in custom made sizes. The frames come with 4 quick clamp spring clips to ensure positive seal. The holding frames are available in Extruded Aluminum, Galvanized and Stainless Steel construction. A silicone free gasket is provided with the holding frame.
