HD Series
Filter made out of imported non woven media of 150g supported by 1 layer of coarse woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty aluminium expanded mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.
SF Series
Filter made out of imported non woven compressed felt of 250 grams supported by 1 layer of fine woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty aluminium mesh on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.
ZFb Series- Welded
The ZFb series are rigid welded pocket filters consists of a series of synthetic media pocket built up in non woven layers to ensure mechanical filter cake build up & eliminate fiber shedding. The filter media is thermally bonded synthetic micro fibers that are extremely durable and totally resistant to damage caused by turbulent air or mishandling. Made from 100% branded polyester. Pockets are aerodynamically designed for full media utilization.
ZFc Series- Stitched
The ZFc series of pockets comes with a stitched / in-house welding technology and is a low cost pocket filter for less challenging Usage Zone. The filter incorporates high performance synthetic filter media featuring progressive density and high dust holding capacity. Apart from lower cost the ZFc series of pockets can be delivered in customized sizes and meets the clean ability requirement of many HVAC customers.
MB Series-Meltblown
The pockets are manufactured from 100% polypropylene fibers laid on a colored polypropylene carrier material. The unique weld pattern design ensures that pockets inflate easily without touching adjacent pockets giving evenly distributed air flow & high dust holding capacity. Pockets are ready for assembly into bag filters with no cutting or stitching required.
GFM-200
The GFM-200 is a filter media composed of finest glass fibers. Thanks to its progressive structure, which means that the density of the fiber is increasing towards the clean air side, the depth effect and the high dust holding capacity are guaranteed. For the special application, systems with an extremely high temperature, a particular bonding agent is applied.
HT-300
Our HT-300 high temperature oven filters uses glass fiber media bonded together into a uniform high efficiency mat. The media pack is encased in a metallic housing for high temperature applications. The filter layer of this special media on the air exit side ensures that fibers do not migrate into the air stream. The clean air side is identify by a mark on the filter frame. Our HT-300 is an ideal choice in drying oven for automotive industry.
MPHT Ashrae
AFi's MPHT Ashrae high-temperature filters are used for air filtration Usage Zone involving temperatures up to 350 Deg C & peaks up to 455 Deg C. The silicone - free filter media are made of special, temperature-resistant glass fiber paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. Mini pleat design separators maintain the pleat distance. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. AFi's high-temperature Ashrae filters are equipped with a temperature-resistant gasket to preclude leaks.
MPHT-HEPA
AFi's MPHT Hepa high-temperature filters are used for air filtration Usage Zone involving temperatures up to 450Deg C with peaks up to 555 Deg C. The silicone - free filter media are made of special, temperature-resistant glass fibre paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. Micro glass paper separators maintain the pleat distance. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. Deep Pleat Ahsrae
Our Deep Pleat ASHRAE is a ruggedly constructed, heavy duty, high efficiency filter. A special dual layer, graded density media ensures extremely high dust holding capacity & therefore lower operating pressure loss. The high efficiency and moisture resistance of the filter keeps the inside clean & protects against moisture and salt.

AFi's Mini Pleat ASHRAE filters offer's various Boons over conventional deep pleat ASHRAE filters, such as higher flow capacities, less space, reduced resistance to flow, and greatly enhanced dust holding capacities. It serves as an excellent final filter for in air intake systems of combustion engines and as a final filter in HVAC systems.

Mini Pleat ULPA
AFi's premium range of Mini Pleat ULPA filters are Manufactured with dense, corrosion resistant PTFE membrane and protective substrates, this filter is water resistant and meets the requirements of UL 900, Class 1. The PTFE membrane pack assures precision in pleat spacing and height to reduce dead-spots and promote consistent and uniform air distribution throughout the filter. The anodized extruded aluminum frame is available with gasket seal, gel seal or knife edge for fluid grid Usage Zone.
Bag in-Bag out (BIBO System)
The AFi's Bag In Bag Out side loading isolation housing is designed to ensure that the service personnel are protected from coming in direct contact with the unsafe impurities during filter change. Designed to withstand +500 mm wc. Each HEPA filter cell is sealed against the housing frame and furnished with an individual door. A set of repression bags is shipped for use with each door. Once the initial filters are installed and the first bag attached, all filters, both dirty and new, are handled through the bag.
Fan Filter Module
AFi manufactures state-of-the art fan filter modules incorporating a choice of mini - pleat HEPA filters or conventional deep pleat HEPA filters. Options of top mounted radial fan, or side mounted centrifugal fan are also available in the standard range. Pre filters incorporate UL certified media, to ensure extremely high module service life. Blowers are completely maintenance-free, low noise type. Modules with removable and replaceable HEPA filters are also available in the standard range.
HEPA Terminal Module
AFi's HEPA Terminal Modules use minipleat wet laid glass media with efficiency of 99.99% (HEPA) on 0.3?m particle size. Designed for easy installation and longer service life. These ducted modules are designed to optimize performance in filtration applications for the food, automotive, aerospace, optical and biotechnology industries as well as for surgical rooms in hospitals.
OT Plenum
AFi offers a wide range of clean air filtration modules for wall mounting (pressurizing type) or for ceiling mounting (recirculating type), including specific modules configured for operation theater duty, and with option of built in DX type air conditioning , ultraviolet bactericidal, and positive control of temperature, humidity & airborne particle unit. OT modules are specialized filtration modules incorporating additional features of bactericidal effect, as well as special provisions for surgical and general lighting, conducting for anesthetic gasses, electrical cabling, & other customized features which are essential in a modern operation theater. These modules create a sterile environment in the 'critical' zone, & achieve zero bacteria colony counts in the wound vicinity. They are therefore extremely helpful in alliminating post-operative complications which arise due to infection.</span>
