In new applications, using 'AFi Gel Seal Mini-pleat' filters reduce the cost and size of the filter housing. Our Gel Seal mini-pleat filters offer outstanding performance and are factory scanned before they reach the customer. Individual testing under rigid quality control and modern assembly methods ensures conformance to specifications.

AFi's premium range of Mini Pleat ULPA filters are Manufactured with dense, corrosion resistant PTFE membrane and protective substrates, this filter is water resistant and meets the requirements of UL 900, Class 1. The PTFE membrane pack assures precision in pleat spacing and height to reduce dead-spots and promote consistent and uniform air distribution throughout the filter. The anodized extruded aluminum frame is available with gasket seal, gel seal or knife edge for fluid grid Usage Zone.
