Our metal frame separator style deep pleat Ashrae filters for Usage Zone with high temperature requirements up to 385 deg C for exhaust air & 450 C during peak 1 hour. High Temperature Filters are available with either a gasket or fluid seal. Each Deep pleat Ashrae filter has a minimum efficiency of 65%-95% when tested at rated capacity on a 52.2 Test Rig. Each filter is challenged with an approved nearly monodispersed oil aerosol of 1-3 micron size and by measuring the upstream and downstream concentration of these particle with a light scattering photometer, the penetration can be determined and the efficiency can be calculated.

Our metal frame separator style deep pleat high temp HEPA filters for Usage Zone with high temperature requirements up to 450 deg C for exhaust air & 550 deg C during peak 1 hour. High Temperature Filters are available with either a continuous gasket or fluid gel seal. These filter are offered between an efficiency of 75%- 99.99% @ 0.3 micron when tested at rated capacity on a EN1822 Test Rig. Each filter is challenged with an approved nearly mono-dispersed oil aerosol of 0.3 micron size and by measuring the upstream and downstream concentration of these particle with a light scattering photometer, the penetration can be determined and the efficiency can be calculated.

Our GSF-450 high temp oven filter media imported from Japan is made up of a special combination of glass and synthetic non woven materials formed in a pleated or flat construction with support of metal wire mesh and finally housed in a galvanized / aluminum / ss metal frame supported by metal face guards at both ends. This filter is capable of resisting a continuous temp of 300 deg C and 450 deg C at peak. Our GSF-450 is capable o filtering tar, soot, dust and other particles in high temp drying room to prevent damage to the surface paint quality of the articles.

Our HT-300 high temperature oven filters uses glass fiber media bonded together into a uniform high efficiency mat. The media pack is encased in a metallic housing for high temperature applications. The filter layer of this special media on the air exit side ensures that fibers do not migrate into the air stream. The clean air side is identify by a mark on the filter frame. Our HT-300 is an ideal choice in drying oven for automotive industry.

The silicone - free filter media are made of special, temperature-resistant glass fiber paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. Mini pleat design separators maintain the pleat distance. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. AFi's high-temperature Ashrae filters are equipped with a temperature-resistant gasket to preclude leaks.
